The Checklist Manifiesto: The Save

Following the schedule of our Reading Calendar

Well, we reach here the final chapter of this excellent book. This is a short evaluation of the benefits that the use of checklists has brought to his surgery practice with emotive examples of errors that his team avoided making. And a very telltale confidence: he really thought that he himself didn’t need a checklist!

The chapter is nothing but an epilogue because the book reaches its climax in the previous chapter.

This is a book that can change your life. When confronted with such a masterpiece, the real challenge is how to process and assimilate for our real lives its contents and to avoid just forgetting everything when beginning the next book.

Maybe we should develop a checklist on how to read a great book.
