Farnam Street on Antifragile

Well, here are some reflections of one of our favorite blogs on one of our favorite books. In fact, let’s remember that we decided not so long ago to create this blog to celebrate the paperback publications of Antifragile.

What brings me to the following line of thought:

– We have to decide which book we will read next after “The Checklist Manifiesto” (see our reading calendar)

– We need some provocative reading that leads to discussion and lateral thinking. We have to accept the fact that “The Check Manifiesto” is so good and convincing that is difficult to find ways to criticize it.

– We haven’t paid due homage to our flagship book in the blog.

So David,

do you feel like re-reading Antifragile in our coordinate reading or would you prefer to look for something new?

Any reader suggestions will be wellcomed.

  1. I think it is an excellent idea to reread and comment Antifragile. Let’s do it.
One thing I’m not sure: d you mean dropping the synchronized reading of “The Checklist Manifesto” and try Antifragile instead? Or wait till the reading of “The Checklist Manifesto” is over”?

  2. I am thinking of going to the end with the reading of “The Checklist Manifiesto”. Right now we can announce and program the reading of Taleb’s book in advance so that anyone interested could buy the book and get ready.
